*Update!*
The weather decided today wasn’t the day for baked goods. Unfortunately our baked goods really don’t like the extra moisture and the quality tends to suffer.

However, we are going to have a few items. We are going to come up with a few solutions, and try baked goods again next week!

The Elevated Cup will be closing at 3:00 PM on Thursdays so we can participate in the Jackson Farmers Market.

If you’re looking for fresh sourdough bread, cookies, bakery items, or any of our packaged retail products after 3:00 PM on Thursdays, stop by and see us at the Farmers Market!

☀️ A Quick Update to Our Summer Hours ☀️

As summer gets into full swing, we’re making a couple of changes to our schedule.

Starting this week, we’ll be closing at 3:00 PM on Thursdays so we can get set up and participate in the Jackson Farmers Market @ Dan’s Island, which begins at 3:30 PM. We’re excited to be part of another great community event and hope to see you there!

We’re also making a family-focused change. One of the reasons I started this business was to build a life that allowed me to spend more time with my family, and summer has a way of reminding us how quickly these seasons pass. Because of that, Saturdays will no longer be part of our regular hours.

From time to time, we may still open on a Saturday for special events, markets, or seasonal offerings, and we’ll always post those announcements ahead of time.

Thank you all for your continued support of The Elevated Cup. Your encouragement has helped turn this little café into something truly special, and I’m grateful for every visit, conversation, and cup shared.

A few exciting things are happening at The Elevated Cup this week.
(6/9 - 6/13)

🥤 Our cold-pressed carrot, apple, and orange juice is now available.

🥗 We've expanded our lunch menu with four fresh salads, including the return of the Brussels Sprout Salad that so many people asked about.

🍲 The Garden Crock, loaded with roasted vegetables, andouille sausage, and melted Manchego.

🥪 We're introducing a new tuna salad sandwich on toasted sourdough.

🍪 Cinnamon rolls, overnight oats, muffins, cookies, lemonade, iced tea, fruit & cheese plates, and fresh sourdough breads will all be making appearances throughout the week.

And we're not stopping there.

We'll continue featuring mini specials, limited bakery items, seasonal treats, and a few surprises as the week goes on. If you've been following along, you know we like to keep things interesting.

The menu is growing, the weather is warming up, and we're excited to share what we've been working on.

Last week was spent getting equipment installed and putting plans into motion. This week, we finally get to start sharing the results.

Here's the first stage of our updated menu.

This week you'll find fresh salads, fruit and cheese plates, cinnamon rolls, cookies, overnight oats, apple-carrot muffins, lemonade, iced tea, and our new cold-pressed carrot-apple-orange juice.

And we're not done yet.

Over the coming weeks, we'll continue adding new items, refining favorites, and building out a menu that offers more variety while staying true to what The Elevated Cup is all about: handcrafted food, real ingredients, and a place to slow down for a little while.

Hey guys!
Guess what...
We're back in the kitchen!!

Over the past month, we've been waiting on equipment, making adjustments behind the scenes, and working on ways to improve the experience here at The Elevated Cup.

The equipment is now installed, and we're excited to resume service with some new additions.

You'll still see our rotating specials, but we're also building out a more consistent menu with items you can expect to find week after week. Think fresh-pressed juices, charcuterie, baked goods, lunch offerings, and seasonal features that fit right in with spring and summer.

We've spent a lot of time listening to what people have enjoyed, what they've asked for, and what they'd like to see more of. The result is a menu that feels more complete while still leaving room for creativity and new ideas.

We're looking forward to having you back in to try some refreshing summer bites.

Yesterday’s pizza rolls disappeared fast enough that we decided they earned another round.

Today we’ve got them back in two versions: pepperoni pizza and ham pizza.

Served warm, baked fresh, and paired with roasted red pepper tomato soup.
