As the saying goes, “all good things must come to an end.” It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of The Bayou Cajun Smokehouse. This decision was not an easy one to make, but ultimately, it is the right decision for us.
But we do have some good news! We will continue our community events that everyone has grown to love; BayouFest, Labor Day Party, Dinners with The Grinch and Santa, and Trivia Nights…and hopefully will add a few more special events as well! Also, some of your Bayou favorites, including Dat Gumbo, will find a new home on our sister store’s, The Grill, menu so keep a watch for more announcements!
After closing, The Bayou will undergo a huge remodel and we will be transitioning the building to an event venue. It will be beautiful! More info on that to come, too!
Our last official day will be September 5, followed by our epic Labor Day Celebration with Old Cape Road on September 6! We hope you’ll join us and celebrate summer’s ending!
We want to thank you for your patronage and support over the last 4 years. We are excited to start this new journey but will miss all the friends we’ve made. Much love to you all 🧡
