Time for another staff introduction: Meet assistant manager Nick Marino!

Nick Marino joined our team just over a year ago with five years of professional chef experience under his belt. Now you'll find him in the Front of House, serving and helping everything run smoothly.

His favorite thing on the menu? "Hands down," the Square Deal Salmon, a six-ounce filet topped with lemon butter and served with creamy corn and roast vegetables. He pairs it with a glass of Pinot Grigio or a Mountain Berry Lemonade cocktail, "depending on how strong my sweet tooth is that day."
