In the spring of 1903, on the heels of his Yellowstone tour, Roosevelt made his way through the rest of the Cowboy State. He visited Newcastle, Evanston, Laramie and Cheyenne, delivering speeches at each stop about citizenship, resource development and conservation. His legacy lives on today in the beautiful public lands we still enjoy across the state.
