I always wanted to make my own homemade eggrolls. I finally had time today to try it. Was a freaking success. The ONLY bad thing I can say about these egg rolls; TAKING THE LAST BITE.
We prepped everything fresh; cabbage, carrots, onions, celery...the works. The egg roll wrappers were rolled thinned. So that made them deep fry extra crispy!!!
