Hey guys and gals! Just a quick heads up that our kitchen will be closed tomorrow (Thursday).

We have some massive catering jobs lined up, and if you know us, you know we put our absolute heart and soul into our catering. We want every single detail to be absolutely perfect for our customers, so we are dedicating Thursday entirely to cooking, prepping, and perfecting everything for Thursday and Friday's events.

Don't worry, you won't go hungry! Our storefront is still open, so you can absolutely come in to stock up on all your favorite meat and deli items.

The kitchen will be back open and ready to serve you first thing Friday.

Because we are a small, family-owned business, our family time is deeply important to us, which means we aren't always online to check or reply to messages.

A little bit more about us: We are proud to be a 5th-generation family farm. Our beef is finished with grain grown right here on our farm, harvested from crops we cultivate ourselves. Once our cattle are ready, they are brought to Dave's Butchershop or R&C Packing to ensure you get the highest quality cuts. We are also proud members of the all-natural program, supplying premium beef to our local community and to stores like Pineland Farms!

Well men, it’s Friday, which means MeMe's Meadow LLC just dropped a fresh batch of beautiful flower bouquets right here at Jackson Meats for only $12!

Look, I know some of you out there have been slacking on the romance department lately. Consider this your official warning. Do not make me start tagging names in the comments, because I absolutely will. 😂

We will be picking up our beef from the butcher this afternoon to restock. So, grab a few ribeyes for dinner and a bouquet for your wife or girlfriend on your way out.

What a busy morning! 🥓🍳🍳

Our friends at Vinton County National Bank reached out to us last week with a massive order for Vinton County Schools:

100 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches
100 sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches
75 egg and cheese sandwiches
150 fresh fruit cups

It was an absolute pleasure cooking everything up this morning! We love seeing our local community support one another.

We hope all of the school staff members thoroughly enjoy their breakfast, and we want to wish them the absolute best school year ahead! 🏫❤️
