I’m going to brag on them LOUDLY because they earned every single point of it.
The last few weeks have been crazy with Holly and I splitting our time between Cascade and getting Darlene’s up and running, and our crew has stepped up in every possible way. They’ve worked their tails off, held each other accountable, kept our standards HIGH and proved that even when the bosses are being pulled in 900 directions, they know exactly what is expected of them and they HANDLE BUSINESS. There aren’t many restaurants in Jackson sitting in the 100 Club, and the ones that are should be extremely proud because anyone in this industry knows a perfect score isn’t something you just stumble into. It takes consistency, cleanliness, food safety, teamwork and truly caring about what you serve and the people you serve it to. We couldn’t do what we do without them, and today we’re going to brag on them every chance we get. Cascade Coffee Company is officially in the 💯 CLUB and we are DANG proud of it. ☕️🐻💯
