Last week, we had the privilege of attending L.E.A.D., a hospitality summit where we connected, shared best practices, and learned alongside other hospitality leaders.
One key takeaway was that growth is a lifelong process and there are always new areas of improvement. We came home inspired, energized, and grateful for the experience. We look forward to bringing new ideas back to Casa Grande to better serve the community.
