Heres a wonderful crab cakes recipe for you to enjoy at home dont forget to get all your fresh fish needs at whitecap fish.

Ingredients INGREDIENTS

3 Tbsp. sweet red chili sauce
2 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sweet red chili sauce
2 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce,divided
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. fish sauce, divided
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 small chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
3/4 lb. fresh, frozen or canned lump crabmeat
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Combine red chili sauce, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, lime juice, water and 1/2 tsp. fish sauce in small bowl. Stir in cilantro; set aside.

Combine bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, green onions, remaining 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce, lime peel, ginger, remaining 1 tsp. fish sauce and chili pepper in medium bowl; gently stir in crabmeat. Shape into 8 patties, then dust lightly with flour.

Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet and cook crabcakes over medium heat, turning once, until done, about 10 minutes. Serve crabcakes with cilantro dipping sauce.

Easy Lemon Butter Fish in 20 Minutes

This Easy Lemon Butter Fish only takes 20 minutes and a handful of ingredients. It’s a delicious and nutritious white fish recipe. Pair with rice and vegetables

4 good-sized firm white fish fillets, (from our fresh fish counter) about 6 inches long, 1-inch thickness (cod, halibut, or mahi would work well.)
3 TB melted butter (I use salted, but unsalted is fine)
Juice and zest from 1 medium lemon
1/2 tsp kosher salt, plus extra to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 TB olive oil
freshly chopped basil or parsley leaves, for garnish and flavor
extra lemon slices for serving

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. raw, tail-on shrimp, cleaned and deveined
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Place shrimp on baking sheet and roast until golden and cooked through, 8-10 minutes. Serve with warm marinara sauce.

Heres a recipe we feel you might like trying with fresh flounder from us at Mangia Vinny

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Zest from 1 lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
5 (4-ounce) flounder fillets
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 small lemon, thinly sliced (optional)
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Spray a large baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, stir together the melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic and dill.
Rinse flounder fillets and pat dry. Place in baking dish and season with desired amount of salt and pepper.
Evenly drizzle butter mixture over flounder fillets. Top with lemon slices, if desired.
Bake for 10-11 minutes, then broil on high for 3-4 minutes. Fish is cooked when it flakes easily with a fork.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
