❤️ A QUICK APOLOGY TO A GROUP OF ATV RIDERS FROM SATURDAY NIGHT! 🏍️💨
I don’t know your names or have any way to contact you directly, so I’m hoping you happen to see this! 🙏
Tonight, a group of 8 young men riding ATVs 🏍️💨 stopped in for dinner 🍔🍟 and drinks 🍻!
When you were getting ready to pay, I discovered that our POS had somehow failed to save an entire round of drinks! 🤦♂️
I had already handed you the original check 🧾, and you were actually in the process of counting out the money when I realized what had happened!
I came back, explained what happened, apologized, and corrected the check. You guys were completely understanding about it! 🙏 Not one of you argued, complained, or gave me a hard time!
But I kept thinking about it after you left. 😔
You had already looked at the first total, figured out what you needed to pay, and were literally counting out the money 💵 when I came back and told you there was another almost $70 that hadn’t been included!
The drinks were legitimately served, so of course I needed to correct the check, but I still felt terrible that you had to deal with that!
We recently had an update to our point-of-sale software, and since that update we have had some random omissions and order errors. 💻 The problem is real, and we are actively working to get it resolved because we absolutely do not want these things happening!
So if you were part of that ATV group and happen to see this:
