This week’s Dinner Entrée Special at Marker 88:

'Snapper Matecumbe' is a famous Florida Keys dish, ours features local Red Snapper, a fresh Florida flakey white fish, oven-baked and smothered in a topping of tomatoes, capers, basil, shallots, and fresh lemon juice. It’s finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. This mouthwatering local fish dish is served with garlic-sauteed broccoli and our house special cilantro-jasmine rice.

We suggest pairing this flavorful dish with Whispering Angel Rosé, a refreshing crisp dry rosé wine from the Provence region of France. Enjoy!

Our Dinner Entrée Special this week is Oven-Baked Grouper stuffed with Maryland Crabcake. The Grouper is fresh local Florida Black Grouper. And it sits atop our housemade crabcake, made with Maryland Lump crab meat and claw meat mixed with chopped white onions, poblano peppers and breadcrumbs. This Stuffed Grouper is oven-baked and finished with Bearnaise Sauce. This delicious entrée comes with mashed potatoes and garlic-sauteed string beans. Enjoy!!
