Friday night at Kaiyo is meant to be shared.

A few rolls for the table, something new you didn’t plan on ordering, drinks showing up before you even think to ask—this is how it’s supposed to go.

Pass it around, try everything, stay a little longer than you meant to.

That’s the whole point.

It starts with “just dinner” and ends with you ordering something you’ve never tried before.

That’s Kaiyo on a good night.
A little adventurous, a little loud, and exactly where you want to be.

You can taste when it’s right.

Clean fish. Bright flavors. Nothing heavy, nothing hiding.
Just simple, intentional food that actually lets the ingredients do their job.

That’s the whole point.

No occasion? Perfect.

Kaiyo is built for the random Tuesday that turns into a full table, one more round, and “we should do this more often.”

Come in like it’s casual. Leave like it wasn’t.

Tonight’s features are doing the most — in the best way.

Pan Seared Halibut
Citrus butter crumble. Jasmine rice. Leek turmeric emulsion.
Bright, buttery, and layered with flavor in every bite.

Steak & Lobster Yakitori
Grilled to perfection with truffle yum yum, yuzu peanut sweet chile sauce, and charred scallion.
Savory, smoky, a little luxe… and absolutely worth ordering.

Islamorada knows where dinner happens.

New menu mischief-maker just landed at Kaiyo.

Meet Pato Pekin’ — shredded Pekin duck, melty Oaxaca cheese, fresh scallions, hoisin crema, all tucked into soft Chinese pancakes so you can build your own perfect bite. Fold, stack, overload, repeat.

It’s rich, savory, a little indulgent, and wildly fun to eat. Not a fork-and-knife situation. This one is hands-on, sleeves-up, no-regrets dining.

Bring friends. Order extra. Trust the process. 🥢🦆🔥

Back by popular demand and strutting onto the menu like it never left.

Our Lobster & Steak Yakitori has returned — charcoal-grilled skewers stacked with tender steak and sweet lobster, lacquered in a ginger-teriyaki glaze that hits smoky, savory, and just a little sticky in the best way.

It’s surf, turf, fire, and finesse on a stick — which is honestly the most fun delivery system in food.

If you loved it before, it’s waiting for you again. If you missed it last time, this is your redemption arc. 🔥🍢🦞
