Yesterday at Estill Springs, The Coffee Shop rolled through 400 lemonades, about 40 pounds of boba, several coolers of lemonade and ice and I lost count of how many gallons of lemonade I made and the farmer's carried.
If you are interested in a boba fundraiser....send me a message. We will come to you! 🍋

When we first opened the shop in May 2025, John and his sweet pup, Maggie came in several times a week for coffee, a pup treat, a walk and great conversation. John had moved to Kentucky from Florida and we all became fast friends at The Coffee Shop. John showed up with Christmas flowers for me and sadly was getting sick early 2026 but he still showed up and loved our school delivery days and other events we were part of. John passed away May 18, 2026 and Cody and Maggie still visit us. Earlier this week, Cody has done a Pour it Forward for our school staff. So on today's delivery to all our schools, their drinks were generously given from Cody & Maggie in memory of John.
We will always love you John! Thank you all for pouring it forward! ☕️🫘💙
