Have you visited Santa Cruz, CA?

It's one of the beautiful and sleepy town on the Pacific Coast, north of Monterey and south of San Francisco.

We're moving there this week to continue our life journey closer to our family. We're moving our coffee roasting operation up there also, that is to say we are hatching a plan to set up a roasting operation to continue serving our customers and friends of Sootha with same quality artisan roasted organic coffee with minimal disruption.

The little roaster that could. By my estimation, this little friend roasted about 38,000 Lbs. of organic coffee beans during its career with Sootha. Thanks, FZ. You made us proud. Now on to Probat and more.
