Wow, what a surprise this Coffee Bean and Vodka Cured Hiramasa Kingfish turned out to be. I think this is my favourite recipe ever (until next time). It is incredible, even if I do say so myself. Coffee is not my first choice ingredient for curing, but the risk paid off, and the result
