🍝 Saturday night sounds like a pretty good time for Chicken Bruschetta Pasta.

Grilled chicken breast, melted fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, house-made tomato pulp, and linguine — finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

The building exterior is coming along nicely, and we couldn’t be more excited! ❤️

We’re giving this historic building some much-needed TLC, while keeping the character and charm that make Spuds feel like Spuds.

It’s a work in progress, but we’re loving watching it come together! ✨

Fresh garlic, fragrant spices, and made-from-scratch sauces slowly simmering away in our little Spuds kitchen.

The kind of smell that reminds you of a cozy kitchen, a small-town evening, and somebody making something good just for you. 🥰

Around here, we like to keep things simple and do them the old-fashioned way — from scratch, with a little love, and a whole lot of small-town heart. ❤️
