Every day there's something different coming out of our ovens, from BIG chocolate chip cookies, to perfect brownies, to glorious muffins and our popular lemon honey ginger cookies. Most people know us as "that bakery with the giant sugar cookies in fun shapes with pretty icing!"

At any given moment, we might be piping lavender icing onto a tray of custom sugar cookies decorated especially for a b

ride who loves butterflies, or boxing up a set of football-shaped cookies iced in garnet and black or orange and purple for a tailgating party. You'll find cookies shaped and decorated like snowflakes for winter; Valentine's Day hearts; St. Pat's shamrocks; Easter eggs and chicks; graduation caps and scrolls; grills and hammers for Father's Day; flags and stars for July 4; pencils and buses for back to school; jack-o-lanterns for Halloween; turkeys for Thanksgiving; Christmas trees and menorahs for the holidays; and more! We wish we could continue taking everyone’s last orders, but we are at capacity. We closed out orders on Sunday at 11:30am. If you left a message or email, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Update: our pre-orders are full for this Thursday and Friday! Thank you sooooo much. ❤️ 🍪

Note: if you placed an order and did not tell us Thursday or Friday here’s what will happen.

1. If you have included a Mom day box, Friday the 12 is your pick up date.
2. All other orders, we have you on Thursday the 11th.

3. Will we have extras, we hope so! Orders will come first and if time and ingredients allow, we will bake more. Stay tuned…

Update: we weren’t sure what to expect today, but you guys are all awesome!!! Whew!
We sold out of our “extras” we baked in less than 30 minutes.
Thanks for your patience as well!
Our credit card machine crashed a few times sooo Bring cash for a better price and faster service.

We are gonna do this again tomorrow and will have more 🍪 available! Same time 11-1.
Pre-orders pick up between 11-1.
First come first served if you did not pre-order.

We are pausing all orders for now. We gotta catch up on our cookie counts, since the orders keep on coming! 🙏

We will not be taking any more orders this week. We hope to have some cookies available each day if you have not ordered. No guarantees yes, but we will keep you updated.

May 11 and 12 will be opened back up later this week. Stay tuned…. ⏰

Nope, I’m not at the beach, just thought we all needed to see this today. Water is very calming. 😂

Thanks so much for all of your kind words, it means a lot that we were so loved and supported in the community!

And…..Whoa! Thank you for your online orders since Friday night. Still working on all the cookie counts. 🍪

You can still place your last cookie orders through our website for the next 2 weeks. We will most likely be closing May 4 and 5 orders tomorrow.

May 11 and 12 is filling up very fast with Mother’s Day. We are going to try to keep these days open for as long as possible for everyone that wants or needs cookies. 🙏 💙 🍪

This post has been challenging for me to write. We have made so many incredible friends, celebrated so many special occasions and had so much fun these past 17 years. Who would have thought I could leave the corporate world, start a bakery with no official pastry training, and have such incredible customers that have supported us through all of these years! Honestly our strong team at the bakery that showed up everyday made this possible.

All I can say is thank you soooooo much for all of your love 💙 and support!

We have decided to close the bakery so I can spend more time with my family and friends. It is time to retire from the bakery business and I am very excited to start a new chapter in my life.

Today was our last day to come into the bakery with our full menu, but we will be taking orders for a few more weeks.

Here is how it will go:
1. If you have placed an order for the month of May it will be baked and I am sure we have already talked.
2. If you would like some cookies for graduation, go to blueflour.com
3. If you would like a Mother’s Day breakfast in bed box go to blueflour.com
4. If you simply want cookies for yourself go to blueflour.com
5. We will have extra cookies on the days we are open to purchase if you did not place an order, but we cannot guarantee what we will have available. No credit cards will be accepted so bring cash.

We will be open Thursday and Friday for the next 2 weeks from 11-1pm only!

If you are ordering please make sure you include your pick up date.

Oh and one last thing… that cute old flower truck you see in the post will be going to farmer’s markets in Syracuse NY. My brother will continue on with the Blue Flour name and cookies! 🙌
He will not be shipping tho.
