12 YEARS OF ROY’S GRILLE! 🥳✨🥂

In THIS industry… where food costs constantly change. Where staffing gets tough. Where trends come and go. There are long days, late nights, unexpected challenges, and PLENTY of moments that make you question whether it’s truly worth it to keep going.

And yet we did. Still cooking. Still serving. Still doing what we love. And none of those 12 years would have been possible without the customers who ordered a plate, told a friend, brought their family, shared a post, left a review, came back again…and again…and again.

12 YEARS of perseverance, community, good food, and YOU.

Here’s to every meal served, every lesson learned, every obstacle overcome, and every memory made along the way. ❤️
