GUMBO-TOBER IS HERE! 🥣🍂⚜️

Chef Thomas is kicking off the first week of Gumbo-Tober with a Southern spin on a Louisiana favorite — Smoked Turkey & Collard Greens Gumbo! 🙌

But trust us… you’re going to want to look at the REST of this week’s specials too. 👀

🥣 Smoked Turkey & Collard Greens Gumbo — available by the cup or bowl
🦆 Duck & Pork Boudin Egg Rolls — Chef Thomas made the boudin in-house, served crispy with Thai chili sauce
🐊 Tree Shaker Po Boy — gator & pork sausage dressed with a side
🌯 Debris Wrap — shredded CAB chuck roll, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle & remoulade
🐟 Salmon Parish Salad — honey mustard glazed salmon over mixed greens with all the fixings
⚜️ Chicken & Andouille Jambalaya — served with a side
