It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closing of Red Bird Cafe & Red Bird Cafe food trailer as of December 15, 2023. We have been proud to serve you and it has been a pleasure getting to know each and every one of you. I will treasure the memories we have made together and I hope that you will keep us in your thoughts and prayers. God has a plan for all of us and for me it is time to slow down, stay close to family and spend time with the one's I love. I was Blessed to make a Acts Retreat in November it really helped me make this decision and by no means was this easy. I have struggled for months thinking i have failed and beat myself of what more could i have done, so i decided to surrender and let God lead me and God has put Blessings at my feet and i will be taking a Part time job at St. Charles Retreat Center in the kitchen and I'm so excited to start this new chapter of my life. I will still be able to do what i love by cooking and will be a servant.

Again my Heart is Full from the loyalty and the love that we have received from our customers.

I want to truly thank Elaine T Guillory , Belinda Breaux Brashear , John Brashear , Samantha Guillory , Joshua Alleman, Dustin Guillory ,Cheyenne Guillory , Tammie Morgan Miller, Noah Vincent , Darren Minvielle, Josh Darbonne ,Quentin Sanchez, Kyle Mercer and Ryan Guillory for always being there for me and supporting me in every aspect of the Business. I Love Ya'll Dearly 💓

We have gotten few requests and orders for our sides and desserts for the Holidays, so this is what we will have for Thanksgiving to be picked up on Wednesday by 2pm or with other arrangements made.
