The City of Inwood received a battery recycling bin, thanks to Herms Sanitation and the Northwest Iowa Area Solid Waste Agency & Recycling. A Big Thank You to both companies!

Batteries can be a big problem for our landfills so properly disposing of them is very important.

You can find the bin at the City Hall (Healing Room location).

Farmers Market info.

Hey market friends! We know we’ve been switching it up on you these past couple weeks so here’s some logistics for the remainder of the market! Get your goodies at the farmers market on the north half of the street (green box). The south half will be closed for parking only (blue box - parking is of course available to the north and on side streets as well)! We know the map colors make this sound like a traffic-light puzzle, but just trust us. 😂 Please respect the barricades so we can keep everyone safe and the market running smoothly!

Thanks for rolling with all the changes—we promise the market goods are worth the plot twists. Can’t wait to see you on Main St this Wednesday night 4:30-7pm! 🥰

Great news for our Library and town!

Good news! The Roy J. Carver Charitable Trust has approved the award of $80,000 to the Inwood Public Library to construct an new library. It's a welcome bright spot after the destruction in our temporary location, and now the destruction of the old!
