I couldn’t be more thankful for my husband, my rock, and for everything he does for Hometown Deli. Through all of this, he’s stood beside me every step of the way.

I also couldn’t be more grateful for this amazing community. You have shown up for us time and time again, lifted us up when we needed it most, and reminded us why we opened our doors in the first place.

Thank you to our friends, our customers, and everyone who has helped us, checked on us, supported us, and simply been there for us throughout this journey. We see you, we appreciate you, and we will never forget the kindness you’ve shown our family. We can’t wait for the day we can welcome everyone back into Hometown Deli and serve this community we love so much. ❤️🫶🏻

As we continue waiting for our daily update, all we can do is hold on to hope and pray that this week brings us one more step in the right direction. 🙏🏻

Please know we are doing everything we can to keep moving forward. Some days, the waiting feels endless and the unknown can be overwhelming, but giving up has never been an option for us. We love this community too much, and we believe with all our hearts that brighter days are ahead.

The love, support, patience, and encouragement from this community have carried us through some incredibly difficult days, and we will never be able to thank you enough for that. We appreciate every single person, every business, and everyone who has checked in, shared a kind word, said a prayer, donated their time, or simply stood beside us during this journey.

Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we navigate each new step. We remain hopeful that this week will bring progress, answers, and another step closer to reopening our doors and doing what we love most, serving the community that has always supported us.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us, standing by us, and reminding us what a special town we call home. ❤️

We miss everyone at the deli so much, and we are beyond thankful for our amazing community and all the support you’ve shown us.

Please know that getting back open is our goal, and we are doing everything we can every day to make that happen.

We can’t wait to see you all again soon and be back serving the food and smiles you’ve been missing just as much as we have.

🫶🏻 August 18th 2024 that’s the day I found where we belonged in our beautiful community. It’s almost been 2 years since we’ve had our place with 1 year & 6 days open & what an amazing experience it has been with my our community. We will be back & we can’t wait to see everyone again. ❤️
