Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Indiana Sweet Corn + Champagne Dinner with Moët Hennessy! From sweet corn tamales and Hamachi Crudo with corn leche to Indiana Pork Al Pastor, sweet corn ice cream and plenty of bubbles, it was such a special evening celebrating one of Indiana’s favorite summer ingredients.
