An exciting step forward for lung care at Ascension St. Vincent! 💙
We celebrated the dedication and blessing of our new Advanced Pulmonary Suite, made possible by $4.5 million in generous donations to the Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis Foundation.
For patients with lung disease or suspected lung cancer, this means more precise testing, the potential for earlier diagnosis and greater access to advanced treatment close to home. The suite features robotic bronchoscopy technology that allows physicians to reach and biopsy hard-to-access areas of the lungs, where many lung cancers begin. It also expands treatment options, helping patients move from diagnosis to care more smoothly, potentially with fewer procedures and visits.
