Meet Cory Sampson, Owner of Grounded Mushrooms! 🍄

Since 2021, Cory has been growing Grounded Mushrooms, specializing in creative lion’s mane products including mushroom steaks, crab cakes, broth, tacos, and more. His products can be found at farmers markets, festivals, wholesale locations, and events throughout the Midwest. Cory has shared that Stargazer has provided more than licensed commercial kitchen space—it has offered a professional home, community, networking opportunities, and business support that have helped his one-person operation continue to grow.

Standardized Recipe Development & Test Kitchen Workshop.

This hands-on experience guides participants through a professional, real-world process used in successful commercial kitchens:

It’s time to return back to the table!

In a world that moves fast, the dinner table can become a place of healing, connection, and love. Our Back to the Table family cooking class is designed to bring families together through affordable, complete meals—while creating space for open conversation, mental wellness, and togetherness.

Families will cook side-by-side, learn budget-friendly recipes, talk about food and feelings, and leave with groceries to recreate the experience at home. This class is about more than cooking—it’s about reconnecting, nurturing our children, and strengthening families one meal at a time.

Because when families eat together, they grow together!
