Happy 4th of July!

Thanks to all of you, we're still running low on some stock - which is a good problem to have. We're making more as fast as we can.

Here's our tip: pierogi make a great addition to any cookout. They go perfectly alongside whatever's coming off the grill. Throw them on the griddle, crisp them up, and serve them next to the burgers and dogs.

We'll be at the markets this Saturday, July 4th - but not at Uptown or Union this week. Since stock is tight, pre-ordering is your best bet to make sure you get what you want for the holiday.

Good news and honest news.

We're busier than we've ever been. Every Saturday the markets are packed, our retail partners are selling through faster than we can restock, and people keep telling us they can't find our pierogi when they want them. This is what success looks like - and we're humbled by it.

But here's the thing: We're running low on inventory. We make what we can make each week, and right now demand is outpacing production. Which means if you want pierogi this Saturday, the smart move is to pre-order by Thursday at 9pm. Otherwise you might show up and find we're out.

We're working on solutions to keep up with how much you love us. That's the real story.

Pre-Order by Thursday at 9pm - Don't Risk Running Out

Inventory is tight this week. We're making pierogi as fast as we can, but demand keeps growing.

Can't visit us on the weekend? Please visit these retail partners during the week

This is what growing pains look like - the good kind.

We're grateful for every person who's chosen us, told their friends about us, and made us part of their Saturday routine. That's why we're not cutting corners. We're bringing on the team we need so we can keep making pierogi the way Baba taught us.

If you know someone who wants to be part of that, send them our way.
The Due North Pierogi Family

P.S. Pre-order by Thursday. Seriously. We don't want you disappointed on Saturday. And if you know someone looking for kitchen work, send them to duenorthpierogi.com/join-the-team.

This rain has been relentless lately

We have you covered if you choose to stay in or show up at the farmers markets because we know how awesome pierogi taste in bad weather. Like a warm hug or a rainbow to a dreary day.

That's why we've made sure our pierogi are available at these great local retail spots throughout Charlotte and the surrounding area. These are places we trust, places that care about supporting local food makers like us.

You can find Due North Pierogi Co. at any of these spots during the week whenever it works for you.

The Right Dipping Sauce

Sure, pierogi are delicious on their own. Baba's dough, fresh fillings, pan-fried until golden - they don't need anything else. But the right sauce? That takes them from great to "I need another bag" territory.

We get asked about this all the time at the markets. "What do you dip these in?" And honestly, the answer depends on which flavor you're eating.

So here's what we do at our own table - the sauces and toppings that make each flavor shine. Some of these are traditional (the way Baba would have served them). Some we've discovered over the years. All of them are worth trying.

At the end of the day, pierogi are about comfort and tradition. But that doesn't mean you can't have a little fun with them.

Try these sauce pairings. Find your favorites. And if you discover something amazing we didn't mention? Come tell us at the market. We're always learning.
Happy dipping,

The Due North Pierogi Family
P.S. Spring is here, which means grilling season. Pan-fried pierogi go surprisingly well alongside whatever's coming off your grill.

Spring has hit Charlotte,
&
everyone's got the same idea!

Get outside.
Hit the farmers markets.
Stock up on good food.

Which means this Saturday is going to be one of those weekends - the kind where the markets are packed, lines are long, and the popular stuff sells out fast.

We love it. Busy markets mean our community is thriving. But here's what we've learned after months of Saturdays: When demand is high, our most-loved flavors disappear quick.

Potato & Cheddar? Usually gone by late morning at our busiest markets. Sauerkraut, Roasted Green Chile + Monterey Jack? Same story. People know what they want, and they show up ready to buy.

Here's the thing: You can skip all that uncertainty.
Pre-order by Thursday at 9pm, and we'll have your exact flavors waiting Saturday. Doesn't matter if the market's packed or if we've already sold through half our inventory - yours is set aside with your name on it.

You show up, grab your bag, and you're done. No waiting in line wondering if we still have what you came for. No backup plan needed.

That's the difference between hoping and knowing.

Spring weekends in Charlotte are special. Markets are lively, the weather's perfect, and people are out enjoying our community. We love being part of that.

We just want to make sure you get the pierogi you're hoping for when you stop by our booth.

See you Saturday,
The Due North Pierogi Family

P.S. The early birds at the markets know the secret: Show up early, or pre-order. Either way, you're not going home empty-handed. Your move.
