Wise Guys 816 use only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to create outstanding wood-fired pizza. We are a concept themed food truck set to operate in the Kansas City Metro. We are unlike any other food truck out there, and our concept is far more than providing the best Pizza in the area hands down. Our purpose is to staff our trucks with individuals who are currently housed in one of the
area homeless shelter programs. We believe that providing a living wage (Not Minimum wage) will enable these men and women to be able to make life changing decisions that will allow them to step out into the work force and become productive and thriving members of society, but more importantly find self worth and purpose. Uncle Paulies has formed a partnership with The Chefs Academy and we will establish a scholarship program that will send one employee a year to culinary school to further there career in culinary arts. Uncle Paulies has also teamed up with several non profits such as Grappling with bullying, an organization set to combat the tragic epidemic of bullying in our communities, No kid hungry to help feed starving children in our communities. Uncle Paulies will only set up working relationships with area growers, and suppliers to provide only the freshest ingredients and source from locally owned and operated growers and suppliers when available. Some of our ingredients must be shipped from Italy/Sicily directly to be able to keep with the old world traditions.
