Dear friends of Joy,
I have had the privilege to own and operate Joy Coffee for the last 3 1/2 years and after much thought, have decided to sell when the opportunity arose. It has been a wonderful chapter at the City House that we’ve loved spending with you making coffee and serving my mom’s sweet and savory recipes. JoyCo has been so privileged to meet and bond with you, the wonderful people who have become regulars, one time guests, and everything in-between who have become a community to us. I’m especially grateful to the staff I’ve had over the last three and a half years. Joy would not be what it has become without the incredible people on this team. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this chapter.

Something new and exciting is coming! I know that you will be just as welcome under the new ownership. The space will be closed for a bit to transition and prepare their space. Be on the lookout here and for more information of what’s to come!

Our celebration and final day will be December 23rd. We will be open 8am-2pm and we plan to go out in style and until supplies last. We’d love to see you there! 🤍 -Moriah Roberts, Owner

Thursday July 20th we are celebrating our 3rd year being open! So to celebrate we’ll be offering a free mini birthday cake scone with purchase of a drink (one scone per drink). Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements as we have some options if you can’t have the mini scone. 🥳 🎂
