We’re celebrating our 70th Anniversary with free Giveaway Contest. Stop by to fill out an entry form. . Must be 18 to enter. No purchase necessary.
Grand Prize is 1 each of our blue and green 70th anniversary t-shirts, 1 each of our orange logo and 70th anniversary travel cups and a $40.00 gift certificate. Also, giving away 2- $25 gift certificates, 2 each of the travel cups and 3 each of the t-shirts. The contest runs through the end of June. Random drawing will be in July. Hope to see you soon!

Maybe it was a frosty mug of root beer. Maybe it was a Zip burger. Maybe it was being a kid in the backseat, excited to see the carhop arrive with your family's order.

Since 1956, Mugs Up Drive In has been serving more than food. It's been part of the story of Independence for nearly 70 years and is one of the local places that make our community a home.

Happy Wednesday. What a beautiful sunny day. We’ve updated our hours. We are now staying open until 8:30 every night. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 8:30pm. Closed Sunday and Monday. Hope to see you all soon!
