My name is Jennifer Christensen and I live in a small town in SE Kansas called Independence.

​My husband and I started a restaurant in 2000 and this sea salt blend (which I created) was our House table salt. When we sold the business in 2009 I kept the sea salt blend and rebranded it and it is what we are all still enjoying today. We are avid cooks and enjoy nothing better than a good meal with a

glass of wine. Happy Salt is our primary seasoning for everything savory in our home and I hope you will come to love it as much as we do!
