Who are we?.....let's take it back....2 years ago we took a trip to Paris and came across Café Joyeux (a café that promotes inclusion of neurodivergent people), we felt a warmth in our heart that there was a space and acceptance for Hector in this world. Hector...a loving, full of personality 10 year old who taught us so much in life but mostly patience and understanding when it came to Autism. This world was all new to us 10 years ago.

Six months ago Hector had some health issues which lead to him needing an NG tube after losing over 20 pounds and not wanting to eat. It was a long road but Hector now eats regularly and is doing the things he loves again which include building Legos and helping bake. Once we started making coffee at home he loved to watch and help bake Chocolate Cookies and Cheese Danishes again. He also loves watching Cobra Kai which what inspired the name.

After playing pretend Coffee Shop we decided to make it a reality as an at home pop up shop. Home being Hector's happy place we thought it perfect to get him doing what he likes again and getting him to socialize. Thank you everyone for your support! We will be trying to do this once a month...maybe twice if we can.
