We are a local 1st Responder Family opening our 4th business - finally one in our Hometown! The owners, Kyle & Melissa Schnable live in Barnhart with their 2 children that attend Seckman High School. He is Battalion Chief for Antonia Fire Protection District and has been a Firefighter with Antonia for 20+years. He also has coached a club baseball team with the StL Fire for the last 4 years. Meliss

a grew up in Arnoldand is a Fox High School Alumni. She is the Office Manager for Shelby Roofing & Exteriors in Arnold. She also is a Personal Trainer and owns the Fit Factory Columbia in Illinois. Our family loves sports of all kinds & staying busy. Our favorite things to do are playing softball/baseball, attending H.S. sporting events to watch our daughter cheer, hunting/fishing & sitting beachside! We are a busy family involved in many things but are always looking for ways to serve & support our local community. We can't wait to open & see you all!

Huge thanks to Marcos Tacos for showing Star Cafe some love in their recent video. We returned the favor today and everything was delicious! We finally got to stop in after our Brayson’s baseball tournament and we got to bring our cafe manager some too!!

Steven had the arroz con pollo, I had the Nikki Burrito, Faith got birria tacos, and Drake was happy with his side of rice. Safe to say we’ll be back as much as we can🌮🌯🔥

We’re still working on it (adding more shade and lighting ✨), but it’s already a great spot to enjoy your coffee, lunch, dirty soda, or evening pick-me-up.
