Daniel MacKay wears many hats at Café Aroma—as our talented Bartender and Manager, he’s the creative force behind many of the cocktails our guests love.

When he’s not crafting amazing drinks, Daniel is co-owner of Alpenglow Lounge in Idyllwild, exploring the trails, cheering on the Cubs, playing pool or spending time with his dog, Kit.
