Cardamom We are a family-owned Indian Kashmiri restaurant in Idaho Falls. Join us for an unforgettable experi It was a dream to eventually open a restaurant.

Growing up, the best time spent together was always in the kitchen cooking on weekends. It was a big leap, and it included traveling to India for a month to train with an authentic Indian chef who had cooked for various family occasions including our grandparents' wedding, as well as our wedding. Training sessions included family and generational recipes taught by senior chefs from several restaur

ants. Nearly everything we learned back in India as well as what we perfected here in America goes into each and every meal we prepare. This restaurant is a dream that many people helped bring to life.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us during our time in Idaho Falls Historic Downtown.❤️
As bittersweet as it is for us, we are ready to focus more on our family and will be closing Cardamom to move to California to be closer to them.
We are so grateful for all of our customers and for those of you who turned into lifelong friends. We will miss you all so very much! Our last day open will be July 24th and following soon after, Himalayan Flavor will be taking Cardamom's place.
