Some pastries are meant to be eaten.

This one is meant to be admired for just long enough to appreciate the strawberries... and then eaten immediately!

Buttery, flaky puff pastry, filled with a rich mascarpone cream, topped with fresh strawberries, and finished with a drizzle of chocolate. It is simple, seasonal, and exactly the kind of dessert that reminds us why fresh ingredients don't need much help.

They are only here while the season lasts!

Adventure looks different for everyone.

Our individual charcuterie boards are inspired by the changing seasons, featuring rotating cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, preserves, and other delicious pairings that change every few weeks. That means there's always something new to discover with every visit.

We asked ourselves, "How many huckleberries is too many huckleberries?"
