🔥 A NEW CHAPTER FOR DAVE'S FIRE & SMOKE BBQ! 🔥

Well, folks, after years of serving BBQ from the same parking lot, it's time for a change. And believe me, this move isn't by choice!

After spending money, jumping through hoops, and trying to meet one requirement after another, apparently the goalposts just keep moving. It's a damn shame how difficult it can be for a small business just trying to make an honest living!

But enough about the politics and red tape!

To all my loyal customers, THANK YOU! Your friendship, support, and loyalty over the years have meant more to me than you'll ever know. You're the reason I've kept the smoker burning!

🔥 WE'RE NOT CLOSING... WE'RE MOVING!

We're hopefully just days away from our new home. It may be a few extra minutes down the road, but the same great BBQ will be waiting!

I'll announce the new location once everything is in place. Until then, please follow this page and help spread the word!

After more than six years of Fire & Smoke operating from the same parking lot, it looks like we may soon have to find a new home.
I’m not going to lie—I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I’ve spent a lot of time and money trying to meet every requirement asked of me, only to keep running into another hurdle. At some point, you have to stop throwing money at a situation that just isn’t working.
But I’m not ready to close Fire & Smoke. I enjoy what I do, I love serving this community, and I want to keep the smoker going as long as I can.
So instead of asking for sympathy, I’m asking for help finding a solution.
I’m looking for a business, property owner, or someone with a suitable location in the Idaho Falls area who might be willing to give Fire & Smoke a temporary home—ideally for the next 6–12 months. Access to power and water would be extremely important and would make a location much more workable for me. Of course, I’m willing to pay reasonable rent for the right spot.
If you own a property, know someone who does, or know of a location that might work, please message me or share this post.
I’ve fought pretty hard to keep this little BBQ business going, and I’m not quite ready to let the fire go out yet. 🔥

🔥 QUICK HEADS UP ABOUT OUR HOURS! 🔥

For the next 2–3 weeks, Fire & Smoke’s schedule is going to bounce around a little.

Between catering events and a medical appointment next week that will sideline me for a few days, there will be some days we're normally open that we'll need to be closed. So I'm going to try to make up for it by opening on a few days we're normally closed.

That will start tomorrow (Saturday), and I'm also looking at being open Monday!

For the next couple of weeks, keep an eye on our page and Google. I'll post when we're open and what the hours will be.

Thanks for rolling with the temporary schedule changes. Hopefully it gives some of you a chance to catch us on a day you normally can't! 🔥
