Dear friends,
It is with great consideration and heartfelt deliberation we have decided to close our doors. After 13 years of committed operation, a combination of factors have brought about the timing of this decision. Personal goals, rising food costs, labor shortages, ongoing facility and equipment challenges accumulate and erode the ability to deliver services to our highest standards. A cornerstone of our business has always been to uphold and offer a unique and truly one of a kind experience for our guests and we feel proud of what we have offered our community in the time we have been open. However continuing in this state would compromise those values.
Our hearts have been truly filled and we are deeply grateful for the support of our staff and community to make our dream a reality. For 13 years the relationships we’ve built and cherished with each and every one of you has enriched our family and inspired us to continue to craft delicious and memorable experiences for everyone to enjoy. From the first concepts of starting this adventure we knew we would have to rely on our friends, family and neighbors to support us…and You showed up! All of you were the ones that continued to inspire and keep our faith in the vision we set out to create. From the bottom of our hearts Thank You!
There have been so many key members of our team that deserve recognition for the time, skill, dedication, and creativity they have given us on our journey. These are only a few of the people that have been the bedrock on which we have built; Melyn Barnett, Neil Pedersen, Rob and Ruthie Gilbert, Shalah O'Callaghan, Gary Brown. Our current staff has carried us to our finish line through overwhelming adversities. Daniel Downing our head chef for the last three years has elevated our menus to new heights. Calloway Kocher our lead server the most capable and charming employee we could ever ask for. Juan Gomez, Harper Burks, Ryan Brooks, Brandy Hill, Eliana Engle, Kaylee Marshall, Darrah Steele, Stephanie Ediger, Aidyn Kilman, and Lincoln Schmucker. You are the daily driving force to our success.
We intend to stay open until June 25th or as long as staffing and supplies permit. Offerings and hours may be affected in the coming weeks, but we remain committed to premium service, quality and authentic communication. We have put our all into Jillian’s and it has been our family’s greatest privilege and honor to serve yours.
