When the man who built your roaster stops by for a visit, you know you are in good company.

Corey Peachey, the craftsman behind our Sivetz roaster, came by the roastery this week along with a national roasting champion who is considering the same machine. We spent the afternoon talking coffee, roasting science, and what it takes to do this right.

Serious coffee people are paying attention. Come taste what we are roasting.
