I hope you are all doing well.

After more than 20 years in the coffee industry and eleven wonderful years with Scuttlebutts Coffee, we have decided it is time to take the next step in our journey. To make our shop more self-reliant and sustainable, we are excited to announce that we have purchased a fluid bed roaster.

Roasting our own beans has been a long-held goal of mine, and I feel the time is finally right to bring that vision to life. You can look forward to a variety of new roasts that reflect my personal preference for a dark, smooth profile without the bitterness.

We look forward to sharing these new offerings with you.
