Burgers, shakes, and chili cheese fries, that being said, why would you not come to Bogey’s? This local Hutchinson restaurant has been around for nearly 30 years and has consistently served up delicious meals for every one of our guests. Choose from classics such as strawberry banana or cookie dough, or get be daring and a specialty shake like bubble gum or fruity pebbles. Our shakes go perfectly with our ever popular Blue Dragon Burger, or our Buffalo Jack Chicken Sandwich. We also serve up delicious home style sides that are sure to round off a delicious meal. Potato Ole's are back for October!

To commemorate the loss of Taco John's, we will try and feature Potato Ole's for one month out of each year. At this point, they are already becoming a thing of nostalgia!

If you haven't had Potato Ole's, you should give them a try. Small fried tater coins, covered with a super flavorful seasoning, and dipped in either cheese or sour cream. These little things pack a lot of punch in a small package.

Our shake of the month for October is the Graveyard Shake. Chocolate ice cream blended with brownies, topped with a layer of crushed oreos and gummy worms. A fun, and delicious, Halloween treat.

It's Fair Time! What does that mean for Bogey's? It is often a pretty crazy 10 days here. We love the Fair and the increased business it brings us. But it can be..... a lot. From the sights and smells, to navigating a complex maze trying to get to the restaurant for our shifts. The Fair is unlike any other time of the year at Bogey's.

For most of you though, that means a 10 day break from Bogey's! We know we are hard to get to during the fair, and especially on the weekends, we are overwhelmed with out of towners. So, we get it! No hard feelings...

But these two weeks can be some of the hardest two weeks of the year for us at the restaurant. So this year, we are going to take a few days off ourselves after the Fair ends.

We will be closed September 21st-24th (Monday - Thursday) to reset ourselves. Please don't be alarmed when you drive by after Plum Street is finally reopened and see an empty parking lot. We are just taking several days to try to wash off all the horse manure that ends up getting tracked into the restaurant.

To sum it up, if you are a local who stays away during the Fair, plan on your return trip being Friday, September 25th. We will be back in action, bright eyed and bushy tailed.

We are looking for full and part time positions. If you know your way around a kitchen, great! If not, we can show you.

Pay ranges from $12-16 / hour depending on position hired for and experience coming in. Day and evening shifts available.

Looking for a part time job?? Do you know your way around a kitchen and have some experience with a spatula!?

If so, this might be the place for you! We are looking to hire a day time cook immediately. Have to be able to cook hamburgers and fries, clean, do dishes, and show up on time (as well as a few other things...)!

Pay starts at $14/hr though can go higher depending on experience and availability. Minimum of four days a week, 11:00-4:30.

Looking for 1-2 cooks to fill our night and weekend team. Must bet 16 or over. Anywhere from 15-25 hours per week.
Is your son bugging you at home every night with nothing to do - might be time to send him out for a job!

Reasons to work at Bogey's?

1 - We aren't like lots of other beginning restaurant jobs. We have a long term management team and work really hard to make sure it is a welcoming and good environment for everyone. We take it very serious that we are a first job to many kids and believe we have a very strong culture.

2 - Lots of places say they have "flexible" scheduling, but really don't. We truly do. We've been working with kids in school and sport since we opened in 1987 so we know how to be flexible in scheduling.

3 - Stay around long enough and earn a Bogey's scholarship. Two employees every semester earn full tuition to HCC on top of their job wages.

It's not the easiest job in the world, and there certainly are expectations, but if you can master being a grill or fry cook at a busy restaurant, there really isn't much you can't do!

Fish is back on the menu! While we are a Burger and Shake kind of place, we do love our fish.

Every year throughout Lent, we have our Fish Tacos, a Fish Sandwich, and a Fish Basket. Made with fried white fish, in house slaw, red onions and cilantro, mixed with our house made spicy ranch dressing, these fish tacos are hands down our favorite seasonal item here at Bogey's.

We also have a fantastic Shrimp Basket. Tail on, breaded and fried shrimp, with a side of fries. You won't find a shrimp basket this good at this price anywhere else.

So, even if you are taking a break from burgers and chicken, don't go anywhere else!

Our wings are fried to perfection, and we have two varieties: Buffalo and Honey BBQ. Comes with your choice of dipping sauce. Though we always recommend our house made ranch, both for the wings and the wedgies.

Closed Sunday as well!

I know everyone loves their ice cream, but will have to wait one more day to get back to your favorite shake.
