Hi folks! We are open tonight until 9:00pm! It’s really cool inside here, get out of the muggy house and garden now! Nora and Dasah are awesome and they are here waiting to take your order. And don’t forget, we are closed next weekend for the Fair.

What a nice weekend! Come by Pop this evening from 6:00-9:00pm! Yes we are open now (Saturday) and Sunday evening just for you. Last chance to get your fix, as we will be closed next weekend, Labor Day weekend, to enjoy the State Fair!

Here’s what we have on tap for tonight! An awesome Black Cherry yogurt that has the zest of yogurt and an amazing texture with its flavor! Or how about Coconut for those of you who have been saying “why don’t you have Coconut more often”, well here’s your chance! Whiskey Toffee is always a crowd pleaser, no ID required! And for the kid in you our special Mint filled with those delicious thin mint Girl Scout cookies! Plus all your favorites like Triple Chicolate and Cookie Dough and Praline Pecan and Strawberry!

Hi folks! Reminder to come see us in the evenings now! Starting g today, we are open from 6:00-9:00pm in the evenings. Everyone is going back to school but we want to be here for you so don’t forget us!

And a special thanks to Jamee Kattner, Huron’s very own former Miss South Dakota and just a great person! She helped manage the store this summer and we will all blessed with her presence! This weekend is her last as she jumps fully into her new teaching profession in Mitchell. Come by tonight or Sunday night and wish her the best on her new endeavors!!

Hey folks! Please read the following. Some NEW shop hours to be aware of… but first…

Thanks to the GREAT TEAM at Pop who have helped all summer. So Micaiah left last week to her first year of college! How exciting! (For everyone BUT mom and dad who were last seen crying while nursing a half-eaten cup of ice cream 🤪). Congratulations Micaiah! We miss you already, and hope you have a great school year!

And today (Thursday Aug 20) is Jacey’s last evening! She came to help us out, and everyone loves Jacey! So sad for me this afternoon as she picked up the key for her last store opening. Wishing you the best too as she heads up to Fargo for another year of Equine Sciences learning! Come by tonight to say goodbye to Jacey, and we hope she will help us out again next summer!

Which leads us to the beginning of our EVENING ONLY schedule starting… now. Pop will be open Thursday and Friday and Saturday and Sunday evenings from 6:00pm until 9:00pm. Closed during State Fair weekend so we can enjoy the Fair too! And open through Halloween weekend so we can help with the big downtown Trunk or Treat extravaganza!

Important stuff here! And first… What… only today and next Saturday before school starts?!? Come see us this weekend before summer officially closes! And before I lose most of my wonderful staff to education! 😁

Small business, especially seasonal ones like us, LOVE to see you in the store often, so grab a friend and come on over! At Pop, our best advertising is YOU and your car full of loved ones as you head downtown for some fun!!!

In addition, where I need your help… Speaking of marketing… has anyone seen our cute commercial through Midco cable, either on your cable television or while streaming??? You’d think after a few years everyone in town would all know us by now, however we still strive to get in front of people who haven’t seen or heard of us. One way is through paid commercial time. Let me know in the comments below if you’ve seen our brief commercial musical spot and let us know if that type of advertisement helps put us on your mind.
