What a night at Rosa’s!

We had an incredibly busy evening, and we want to thank everyone who came out and supported us. We truly appreciate your kindness, patience, and understanding, especially as we worked to accommodate everyone.

To those we unfortunately had to turn away, we sincerely apologize and hope to see you again soon.

A special thank you to our amazing staff for working so hard and pulling together tonight. You did a wonderful job, and your efforts never go unnoticed!

Our hearts are with Becky, Jeremy, the entire 211 Bar & Grill staff, and everyone who loves this place.

This one hits especially close to home. Jeff and I have both been going to 211 since we were kids, and just last week I sat there with our daughter while she enjoyed a lemonade as we waited for our takeout. It’s hard to wrap your mind around how quickly a place filled with so many years of memories can change.

We keep thinking about all of the little things that made 211 feel like 211—the incredible food, the familiar faces, the taxidermy that generations of people have looked at over the years, and Ganske’s bear that stood there for what feels like forever. Those things become part of the story of a place, and part of the memories families carry with them.

From one restaurant family to another, we know a restaurant is never just a building. It is years of hard work, family, staff, customers, traditions, stories, and heart.

Becky and Jeremy, we see you. We are thinking of you, your staff, and everyone affected by this tremendous loss. Our Rosa’s family is standing with you, and we truly hope this is not the end of 211’s story. ❤️

We will be closed on Saturday, October 31st for Halloween. 🎃

Our hours will remain as usual on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday 4-9.
