Birthday Cake Cookies are here for the month of June.

Each cookie starts as a 4 oz soft-batch vanilla sprinkle cookie, made from scratch and baked to stay soft and tender.

They’re finished with house-made vanilla cream cheese frosting and a generous handful of sprinkles.

No mixes.
No pre-made.
No shortcuts.

We’re celebrating three years of Late Run Coffee, and it’s only right to create something special.

Listen, my dudes. My brewligans. My homies. Listen.

We’re flying home from and, boy, are our arms tired.

We had to make a pit stop to regroup, recharge, and consume an irresponsible amount of road-trip snacks, which means we’re getting home later than planned.

Because of that, we’ll be CLOSED on Monday, June 15. We need a day to unpack, prepare, and get the shelves stocked back up for all of you. But don’t worry, we’ll be back and swinging hard on Tuesday.

One quick heads up: our hours are a little weird this week, so please keep an eye on the schedule. Between the conference, softball, and truck events, we’re not quite ready to commit to our consistent schedule yet.

Thanks for sticking with us, rolling with the chaos, and understanding that this is just how life looks sometimes when you’re a small family-run business 🖤
