A BIG thank you to James & his daughter for being such awesome hosts & hostess today at the Rocket City Dragway in Harvest at the Flea & Farmers Market. The people REALLY enjoyed the smoked ribs, turkey legs, & smoked chicken. Eric & I started at 4:30 am this morning😅Thank God for willing helpers🙏🏿🙌🏿

Purchase the meat, clean it, season it or put it in brine for a few days; then start smoking the meats EARLY in the morning until late in the day. Then wrap & slow smoke longer to retain the flavor & juices. Remove, cool, & wrap. This is how we do it here at JJ’s BBQ+!
