Hey, friends! A few notes:

- Join us for our Restaurant Week Dinner for Two special and the Culinary Passport: NYC special for the rest of today and until 2:00 PM tomorrow - these dishes are spectacular!

- Supper Club reservations are full for Saturday, but we have tables available Sunday at 5:00, 5:30, and 6:00.

- Saturday from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, we will be closed to prepare the restaurant for Supper Club.

Hey, friends! Start spreadin' the news - Week Three of our Culinary Passport is here, and we are featuring a nod to the iconic Steak Frites dish coined at Les Halles! A "Manhattan Filet" is a boneless steak cut from the strip loin (NY Strip) with the cap, tail, and connective tissue trimmed away. We are serving it over our crispy steak fries with a deliciously savory bearnaise. $32

This dish will be served Tuesday through Friday this week from 11 AM - 8 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM - 2:30 PM. We will briefly close the restaurant Saturday from 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM to finish preparation for Supper Club!

Note for Passport Holders: You may collect your NYC Passport Stamp by enjoying this week's Chef Selection, any Butcher's Cut, the Restaurant Week Dinner for Two (one stamp for each guest), or Supper Club.

Hello, friends! Working through the recipe creation for this upcoming Supper Club, we have made two adjustments to the menu (course one and course three). We feel these changes have created a more cohesive final experience, and we are excited to present each course to you this weekend!

Hey, friends! Huntsville's Restaurant Week is FINALLY HERE, and we are featuring a new prix fixe dinner for two priced at $110 today (Friday, August 14) through next Friday:

To start, each guest selects their choice of smoked tomato bisque or wedge salad. The first entree is a 12-oz black angus rime ribeye served with brown butter whipped potatoes, charred broccolini, and red wine demi. The second entree is pan-seared snapper served with grilled asparagus, basmati rice, lemon beurre blanc, and crispy capers. Each guest finishes the meal with their choice of dessert!
