One Last Day. One Final Thank You, Huntsville. ❤️
It’s hard to believe we are here.

Today, as we open the doors of The Curry for the final time, our hearts are heavier than we ever imagined they would be.

This last week has been overwhelming in the most beautiful way. So many of you came back for one last meal, one last naan, one last conversation, and one last goodbye. We know the wait times have been long, and we are truly sorry. We are truly sorry to anyone who had to wait longer than expected, or could not be accommodated. Thank you for waiting. Thank you for understanding. Thank you for being patient with our exhausted team.

And if, at any point over these four years, we were ever impatient, rushed, or didn't make you feel as welcomed as you deserved, we are sincerely sorry. We know we could never make everyone happy, but please know that we always tried our best. Everything we did came from a genuine desire to serve Huntsville well and to share food that came from our hearts.

And then there are the notes… ❤️
The messages you left on our chalkboard, on napkins, and little pieces of paper have touched us more deeply than you may ever know. We have read them, smiled at them, and will hold onto those words long after the doors close. They are a beautiful reminder that somehow, this little restaurant meant something to you too.

To every guest who walked through our doors, every regular who became family, every person who recommended us, defended us, celebrated with us, or simply came in for dinner...

We gave The Curry everything we had, and Huntsville gave us so much more in return.

Today is our last day. Come see us one last time. Come eat with us, laugh with us, and say goodbye.

TRIVIA NIGHT CANCELED TONIGHT ❤️
With all the incredible support we've received during our final few days, we've decided to cancel Trivia Night tonight so we can focus on serving everyone as smoothly as possible and avoid long wait times.

We want every guest to have the chance to come in, enjoy their favorite meal, and make one more memory with us at The Curry.

Thank You, Huntsville ❤️

Four years ago, when we opened The Curry, our hope was simple — to share flavorful Indian food in a place that felt warm, welcoming, and like home.

Over the years, you welcomed us into your lives. We became part of your birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, family dinners, celebrations, date nights, and everyday meals. Seeing familiar faces walk through our doors, hearing how much you enjoyed our food, and watching families gather around our tables meant more to us than we can put into words.

Somewhere along the way, The Curry became more than just a restaurant. It became a gathering place for friends, families, and our Huntsville community.

As our lease comes to an end and our landlord chooses to pursue other plans for the space, we will be ending our operations for now after brunch on Sunday, August 16th.

We wouldn't have made it through these four years without your patronage, encouragement, kind words, and the incredible love you have shown The Curry and every member of our team.

We hope you'll stop by one more time, enjoy your favorite dish, share a few memories with us, and give us the chance to say goodbye in person.
