🥩Our first pop-up of the season will be this Friday, May 29th in Huntington at Viking Express! We are introducing our tender and juicy pulled chicken and will have our regular barbecue options available: brisket, turkey, pulled pork, pork belly, and ribs. As always, limited quantities are available, so come early to grab your favorites!

This is it — if you’ve been waiting to sink your teeth into Northern Indiana’s best Texas-style barbecue, tomorrow is your chance! Join us tomorrow (Saturday, October 18) from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Parkview Huntington YMCA for our last public event this season, and enjoy all of the fall fun the YMCA has to offer!

While our public events for the 2025 season are coming to a close, the pit is still open for catering events. Call us at 260-224-0858 and we will take care of your dinner!

🔥🔥🔥Fire up the flavor THIS Friday, September 19th at Viking Express! We’ll be ready to serve you from 4-7 pm.

This week we are debuting our brisket smashburgers 🍔 and tallow fries!

Brisket smashburgers will rock your tastebuds. Two patties paired with American cheese and served on a potato bun, these are burgers you won’t want to miss.

Our fries are fresh-cut russet potatoes, fried in beef tallow and seasoned with a Texas-style season salt.

Our smashburger is $10, and for $3 more you can get the fries and a drink!

As always, we will also come prepared with brisket, ribs, wings, tenderloins, pulled pork, and turkey!
