I had to break up with Philadelphia cream cheese when I finally noticed why some of my recipes were not working as they used to. The cream cheese would clump. I'd have to press it through a sieve to get it smooth. Then I noticed they started adding a stabilizers and gums!!! gross! Now it's pure milk, cream and a pinch of salt thank you Tillamook

Experimenting with chocolate 🍫 this is triple chocolate shortbread. High cocoa butter dark cocoa powder, 64% cacao chips, and a ganache made with 72% bittersweet chocolate. 1/4 of the regular sugar of a chocolate cookie but triple the flavor
