It's been a good run!

To our Sunset Beach Community and for all of those who have supported us over the past few years, it saddens to officially announce that we're closing this location, Sunday 2/13.

We've poured are sweat and tears into purchasing this iconic property back in 2016, transforming it, and opening the neighborhoods only healthy option.

For those who have been around I'm sure you remember our amazing seat in area, the beach clean ups, the workouts on the beach, our wellness events (https://www.instagram.com/p/BwR9U5SnJaC/) in the Water Tower house, as well as some moments you created here with us.

You've had the chance to witness a small business pivot and adapt to a global pandemic as we were forced shut down our interior dining we built a private training studio as gyms across the country were forced to shut down.

As we fought to adapt and make it through the past couple years we were also given an opportunity to reflect. After surviving the pandemic we have to make decisions that are in alignment with where we are today and where we're headed as individuals navigating life, family, business, and seeking contentment.

A couple of months ago we listed the property to see what the market had in store for us. We received an offer that we couldn't refuse. We accepted the offer in order to lighten our load, find a sense of balance, and to continue to pursue some of our other endeavors.

With all that being said, thank you for taking the time to read this email. I'm grateful for all of those that I've met over the past few years. Latest News!

If you've driven by the past couple days you couldn't miss the big For Sale/ For Lease signs on the building... WE HAVE SOME AWESOME THINGS IN THE WORKS!

We are close to committing to a deal to take over the former Glow Hot Yoga space and bring hot yoga back to Sunset Beach! In doing so we'll be re-locating The Fit Bar and our neighbors, Curated Training, will also be joining us to open Curated Health & Fitness (Strength & Conditioning and Hot Yoga). The Fit Bar would serve as the in-house cafe for the space and we'll enjoy awesome sunrises and Harbor views!

As we negotiate the lease we decided to list our existing property on the market to test the waters and see how this current market is looking. We'll keep everyone up to date with all the changes and updates when we have them but in the meantime, rest assured, we're not going anywhere!
