While we did get golf ball sized hail here in Cooks Mills last night, we have very minimal damage and are safe.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of the surrounding communities and families that were affected by the storms this week.

Thank you to all EMS, linemen & meteorologists for your hard work to keep us safe! We couldn’t do this without you! 🫶🏻

Yesterday’s Food Truck Takeover event was a huge success! I met so many new customers, and saw lots of regulars as well!

The amount of work that goes on behind the scenes to make an event like this happen is impressive! We had to restock our trailer twice just to try to make it to 7pm, and I know many of the other trailers had to do the same as well.

The food truck community is a small group of hard working people, and I am so grateful to be a part of it!

Special thanks goes out to Bubba’s Food Truck, Mattoon Tourism and Arts & The Mattoon Parks Department for taking such great care of us throughout the day as well!

I’ll be posting our schedule for the upcoming week later today, so keep an eye out for where we will be setup next! 🫶🏻
