Today, I experienced a moment I live and work for! There wasn’t much talking—just the quiet, comforting sound of our customers enjoying their meals. There was some light conversation here and there, but for the most part, it was simply people sitting together, eating, and enjoying their food.

It was one of those small moments that made me stop and appreciate what was happening around me. There’s something really special about a busy diner that doesn’t need to be loud to feel full of life.

Not able to give much financially to the schools but at least I have the ability feed teachers and admins! Really means a lot to me to take care of the special people who are trying to develop our next generations. After coaching the last couple of seasons, I got more of an inside view of what they actually do. And I got a free shirt out of it.

My vision for when I bought this place was to have a hole in the wall type family restaurant. I'm committed to having the best tasting food. But I'm also very committed to have one of the cleanest restaurants! Deck scrub and then 10 mops!
