This past weekend was a powerful reminder of what can happen when people come together for someone in need.
On behalf of Dylan and everyone involved, thank you to every person, family, business owner, organization, and community member who donated auction items, purchased raffle tickets, attended the fundraiser, shared our posts, sent words of encouragement, rode in support, or simply came into Luk's for a meal to help make a difference.
The turnout exceeded our expectations, and the generosity shown was nothing short of incredible.
In a time when it's easy to focus on the negative, this community showed exactly what compassion, kindness, and humanity look like. People from all walks of life stepped forward without hesitation to support a young man facing an unimaginable loss. The amount of love, encouragement, and support Dylan received this weekend is something we will never forget.
We are especially grateful to the local businesses that donated so generously and every guest who chose to support the cause simply by showing up.
This wasn't just a fundraiser. It was a reminder that when one of our own is hurting, our community rallies together.
